Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1992

Karin joined The Ross Realty Group, Inc., in 1992 after working ten years with national and international real estate investment and property management companies and received a Florida Real Estate License in 1993.

Born and raised in Germany, Karin is fluent in speaking and writing in the German language. Prior to her immigration to the United States, she acquired her formal education equivalent to a high school diploma in Germany and proceeded with a three year related course outline apprenticeship as legal assistant to an attorney in her home town of Augsburg, Germany.

Before joining The Ross Realty Group, Inc., Karin's responsibilities included the day to day supervision and management of six apartment complexes, supervision of on-site managers and personnel, coordinator for new acquisitions, administrator and supervisor of a construction draw over an apartment renovation project in excess of one million dollars. Duties also included the review and analysis of monthly operating statements. She is also very familiar in all aspects of partnerships administration, investment funds and owner/investor/tenant relationships.
