Ned Roberts is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate specializing in the sale and leasing of investment grade office and industrial properties and land.

He is experienced in the ARGUS commercial real estate investment analysis software and is a member of CCIM, ICSC and the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa Bay.

Recent transactions include the bulk sale of 28 residential estate lots for $2,500,000 on behalf of a national bank.

Before joining The Ross Realty Group, Ned served as Director or Marketing and Sales for Ativas Development Group in Tampa, FL, where he oversaw the marketing and sales for a variety of commercial and residential developments.

Prior to his work at Ativas, Ned was an award-winning reporter for Tampa Bay-area CBS affiliate, WTSP-TV. During his five years at Tampa Bayýs 10, Ned won three regional Emmy Awards, one regional Edward R. Murrow Award, and was recognized for Individual Achievement by the Florida Associated Press Broadcasters.

Ned is a graduate of Northwestern University, where he ran two successful companies. He helped build Student Solutions, Inc. into the premier shipping and storage solution for students leaving on summer break. He also led the lucrative marketing and sales campaign for the companyýs highly successful desktop calendar, and the CCI Publishers Inc. University Telephone Directory.

Currently, Ned serves as a Director of the Keewaydin Foundation. With three boys and girls camps in the United States and Canada, the Keewaydin Foundation provides meaningful and unique summer experiences for children. The foundationýs various scholarship programs make these camps available to youth who otherwise could not afford to go.

Ned lives in Tampa with his wife Michelle, their speedy one-year-old son Finley and their ever-energetic Labrador Retriever, Harley.
